Arun Biyani-MOBEL INDIA PVT. LTD.




 "Six Years ago we opened a 8000 sq. ft store  "Mobel Furniture" at Merlin Homeland. In a span of six years my store has grown into three stores (Mobel Furniture, Mobel D'ffine and Zuari Brand Store ) at the same Mall. We occupy now a total of 25000 sft  at Homeland. During this period we opened 5 (five) new stores in Different parts of Kolkata and nearby Districts. We have recently also opened a new store in Bangalore. This all started due to Merlin Homeland and  I am proud to be a part of  the Merlin Growth Story.

    কিন্তু wardrobe টি প্রথম থেকে কারাপ ছিল সেটি , কোনো মোতে বাড়িতে লাগিয়ে দিয়ে যাই কিন্তু প্রথম দিনে সেটার পাল্লা খুলে পরে যাই। তারপরে আপনাদের বহরমপুরে অফিসে জানাই। তারা তাদের মিস্ত্রী পাঠায় কিন্তু সেটা সেট করার পরে ,আবার খুলে পরে যাই। তারপরে বহরমপুরের অফিস থেকে কিছু করে না। বাধ্য হয়ে আমি কলকাতা অফসে জানাই। তারা wardrobe টি নিয়ে যাই এবং সেটি সেরে পাঠায় Iকিন্তু সেটিকেই আবার পাঠি এ দেয়। কলকাতার মিস্ত্রী এসে লাগানোর সময় বলে এটা সেট হবে না। wardrobe টি আমাদের এখানে পরে আছে কিন্তু আমাকে নতুন wardrobe দেওয়ার কথা ছিল ,কিন্তু সেটা এখনো দেয়নি। আজ ৭ মাস থেকে এভাবে আমাকে ঘোরাচ্ছে I

  2. This is regarding my experience with Mobel Homestore kolkata

    I have never experienced such a horrible, pathetic and a complete chaos experience with any of the service providers. i had placed an order for 3 products a Sofa, a Center Table and a Coffee Table. worth upto Rs.80,000 in the month of Oct for delivery in Feb and made an advance payment. Firstly the Product was delivered Late. They had committed on 4th Feb but delivered on 24th of Feb. The Sofa which was delivered was not the color and materiel which i had chosen. The Center Table which i has asked for was not available and they send me another for which they had the audacity to ask me to pay more price that the previous one which i had ordered earlier, having no other option i had to accept it. Finally they couldn't get the right Coffee table when i lost my patience with you highly irresponsible service and asked y'all to take the product back. I had bought all these furniture for my housewarming on (1st March) by them failing to deliver it on the promised time i was left no other option to buy it from another store. The coffee table now is of no use now. The most embarrassing, harassing, dismay part was when i raised a complaint with your store in-charge Mr.Sikandar who has absolutely No Value, Respect and discipline of handling a customer. He has been so harassing and embarrassing when he spoke to me after explaining my issue. The person just gave some vague reason but never spoke referent to the complaint i raised. I want the refund for my Coffee table which is Rupees 16800 back to me at the earliest. Failing this i would raised this complaint to all social media platforms possible and will expose your incompetent customer handling skills.

    All i demand is my Refund and a Compensation for all this mental harassment

  4. Hi Arun , your growth shows that without dishonesty you may not earn money in such short period of time....
    Above complains itself proof of your success...no doubt...I have bought one sofa of Rs 33500 from mobel patna..in jan 2017...I made online off line in show room complain all the way I did follow but unfortunately non of complain attended ...now only one way pls refund my money and get back your sofa before I go to consumer forum. I will wait for your responses...pls pls pls refund my money...

  5. Unnecessariy costly. First they raise the price by 200% then give 50% discount offer!
    If your products are so great then why so much of discount?
    Even after giving so much discount how can your company flourish by leaps and bounds?
    The bed I purchased was priced at 1 lac and they gave a discount of 50%. It's of very low quality. I could have paid full price to another company and got better product at a lesser rate then mobel.
    The only plus point is design which is good.

  6. Sir i purchased sofa set from vip road branch on 4th November but till date not installed by your technician i several time follow up to your managers but they are given false comittment & now they are not pickup my phone call also.
    Kindly look into this matter.
